معايير تقييم نشاط الوكالة

عدد المضيفين النشطين: يجب أن تمتلك الوكالة على خمسة مضيفين نشطين على الأقل. ( مضيف نشط يعني من قم بالبث أكثر من 6 ساعات في الأسبوع الواحد.)

دخل الوكالة: يجب على الوكالة لديها اسبوع واحد على الأقل دخلها الاسبوعي أكثر من 50000 فاصوليا خلال الأسابيع الأربعة الماضية.

شروط إلغاء الوكالة تلقائيًا

مرور أكثر من 30 يومًا منذ إنشائها وعدم وجود عدد كافٍ من المضيفين النشطين: إذا مر أكثر من 30 يومًا منذ إنشاء الوكالة وكان لديها أقل من 5 مضيفين نشطين، فسيتم إلغاء الوكالة تلقائيًا.

الدخل أقل من الحد الأقصى: إذا انخفضت أعلى دخل أسبوعي للوكالة خلال الأسابيع الأربعة الماضية إلى أقل من 50000 فاصوليا، فسيتم إلغاء الوكالة تلقائيًا.

الإخطار والمعالجة قبل الإلغاء

الإخطار الأولي: عند الإنشاء، ستقوم المنصة بإخطار الوكلاء عبر الرسائل الرسمية بقواعد الإلغاء

الإخطارات الأسبوعية قبل الإلغاء: خلال الأسابيع الأربعة التي تسبق الإلغاء، ستقوم المنصة بإخطار الوكيل أسبوعيًا بالأسباب المحددة للإلغاء، مما يوفر الوقت الكافية لتحسينه أو إجراء تغييرات لتجنبه

فترة التصحيح: إذا فشلت الوكالة في تلبية المعايير في غضون 4 أسابيع من يوم الإخطار، فسيتم إلغاءها تلقائيًا وفقًا لقواعد الإلغاء

القيود بعد الإلغاء

حظر إنشاء وكالة جديدة: بعد الإلغاء، يُحظر على الوكيل السابق إنشاء وكالة جديدة لمدة 15 يومًا

تغيير حالة المضيف: بعد الإلغاء، سيصبح جميع المضيفين التابعين للوكالة مضيفا حريا تلقائيًا ويمكنهم اختيار الانضمام إلى وكالة أخرى أو العمل بشكل مستقل

الإلغاء بسبب الانتهاكات

الانتهاكات الجسيمة: إذا كانت هناك انتهاكات جسيمة داخل الوكالة (على سبيل المثال، النشاط الاحتيالي، نشر محتوى غير قانوني)، تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في إلغاء الوكالة على الفور دون أي تعويض

الانتهاكات المتعددة: إذا تراكمت على الوكالة 3 انتهاكات لقواعد المنصة خلال شهر واحد، تحتفظ المنصة بالحق في إلغاء الوكالة على الفور دون أي تعويض

التعامل بعد الإلغاء

تسوية الأصول والعمولة: بعد الإلغاء، ستقوم المنصة بتسوية جميع العمولة والأصول المتبقية للوكالة وتوزيع الأموال وفقًا للوائح المنصة

نقل المضيف: بعد الإلغاء، يكون المضيفون التابعون للوكالة أحرارًا في الانضمام إلى وكالات أخرى أو العمل بشكل مستقل. ستساعد المنصة المضيفين في عملية النقل

Niki live guild dissolution rules

Foreword: Agencies should actively provide operational support and generate income for their hosts. If a agency fails to operate effectively, the platform will handle it according to the agency dissolution rules.
Agency Activity Assessment Criteria:
    • Number of Active hosts: The agency must maintain at least 5 active hosts. (Active hosts are defined as those who stream for more than 6 hours per week.)
    • Agency Earnings: The agency’s highest weekly shareable earnings over the last 4 weeks must not be less than 50,000 Beans.
Automatic agency Dissolution Triggers:
    • Over 30 Days Since Creation and Insufficient Active hosts: If more than 30 days have passed since the agency’s creation and it has fewer than 5 active hosts, the agency will be automatically dissolved.
    • Earnings Below Threshold: If the agency’s highest weekly shareable earnings over the last 4 weeks fall below 50,000 Beans, the agency will be automatically dissolved.
Notification and Handling Before Dissolution:
    • Initial Notification: Upon creation, the platform will notify agency managers via message and assistant about the dissolution rules.
    • Weekly Pre-Dissolution Notifications: During the 4 weeks leading up to dissolution, the platform will notify agency managers weekly about the specific reasons for the impending dissolution, providing time to improve or make changes to avoid it.
    • Correction Period: If the agency fails to meet the standards within 4 weeks of notification, it will be automatically dissolved in accordance with the dissolution rules.
Post-Dissolution Restrictions:
    • Ban on Creating New agencies: After dissolution, the former agency manager is prohibited from creating a new agency for 15 days.
    • host Status Change: After dissolution, all hosts under the agency will automatically become free agents and can choose to join another agency or operate independently.
Dissolution Due to Violations:
    • Severe Violations: If there are severe violations within the agency (e.g., fraudulent activity, spreading illegal content), the platform reserves the right to immediately dissolve the agency without any compensation.
    • Multiple Violations: If the agency accumulates 3 violations of platform rules within 1 month, the platform reserves the right to immediately dissolve the agency without any compensation.
Post-Dissolution Handling:
    • Asset and Earnings Settlement: After dissolution, the platform will settle all remaining shares and assets of the agency and distribute the funds according to platform regulations.
    • host Transfer: After dissolution, hosts under the agency are free to join other agencys or operate independently. The platform will assist hosts with the transfer process.
Additional Provisions:
    • These rules take effect upon publication and apply to all agencys registered on the platform.
    • Niki Live reserves the right to the final interpretation and modification of these rules.
